O-hi-O and what is this song???

A little over 2300 miles since journey start and I am in Ohio visiting a buddy.

Northern Kentucky is absolutely beautiful!  Of all the states I've gone through so far, Kentucky is at the top of the scenery charts.  On a whim, I decided to alter my course coming out of Louisville and headed North into Indiana. Once I crossed the state line, my first, and most prominent, observation in Indiana is that the driver's absolutely refuse to believe in the sanctity of the fast lane!  Or, they consider 67 in a 65 as going fast.  Sorry Mom - but the bike cruises very comfortably at 80...  I've yet to get pulled over, but expect that will happen at some point.

Another thing I've noticed as I have traveled further East is the number of Adult Superstores.  In the West, you just don't see the signs so prominently displayed off of the roads.  Can you imagine an Adult Superstore in Trinidad?

Being the naturally curious person I am...

Off through Indiana and into Ohio.  Have you ever been listening to your iPod and a song comes on that you have never heard before?  I had that experience going through the state line.  If you like grungy blues, look up the band "Scissormen".  Apparently their song "The Devil is Laughing" got on my iPod somehow which made me happy.

A really good buddy of mine moved to Toledo several years ago and it was important to me to stop by for a visit.  I will be here for a couple of days resting (Yeah right, we're going to Put-in-bay) and then up through Detroit and into Canada on Monday morning.
